Contact
Our office in central Yerevan is open to beneficiaries, partners, journalists and auditors alike. Every enquiry is logged, assigned an owner and answered — no message disappears into a generic inbox.
Head office
The building is step-free from the street, and a hearing loop and Armenian Sign Language interpretation can be arranged with five working days' notice. If travelling to us is a barrier, our regional coordinators will meet you in your own community instead.

Across Armenia
We deliberately do not run a call centre. Each of Armenia's provinces is covered by a named coordinator who lives in the region, speaks with local self-government bodies weekly, and can visit a household or a school within a few days of a request. If you contact the head office about a specific community, your enquiry is forwarded to that coordinator and you are copied into the handover, so you always know who has your case.
Coordinators hold open advice hours in partner libraries, community centres and municipal buildings. Dates for the coming quarter are published on our programme calendar and announced through village administrations, so that participation does not depend on having a smartphone or a stable internet connection.
Before you write
Tell us the community you are writing from, the programme or report you are asking about, and the language you would like us to reply in. Enquiries in Armenian, English and Russian are all welcome and are answered in the language they arrive in.
Please do not send identity documents, medical records or bank details by email. If a case genuinely requires such information, a caseworker will arrange a secure channel or an in-person appointment. Safeguarding concerns are handled by the designated lead and never discussed with the person they concern before an assessment is complete.
Journalists working to a deadline should mark the subject line “PRESS” with the deadline date; we aim to respond the same working day.
